Server access and credentials you share with us (such as FTP or hosting logins) are used only for the project and should be changed by you once the project is handed over.
6. IoT & Smart Device Data
Our home automation and IoT products (such as Water Softener IoT and RO Purifier IoT) may collect device status, usage readings, alerts and, where applicable, CCTV or sensor data. This data is used to provide remote control, monitoring, maintenance alerts and support. Camera and security footage is accessed only with your permission, for example to troubleshoot an issue you have reported.
7. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, SMS/email providers and app stores, and only as needed for the service.
